Chef Dušan Svoboda everyday prepares speciality of the day for you and it is really tasty to, everytime. Dušan gains experience in our country and abroad, too.

He worked as a chef in Obecní dům, where he arranged gastronomy servis for president of the Czech republic, thanks to he had opportunity to prepare meals for state visits -USA president Barack Obama, Russia presidents Vladimir Putin and Dmitrij Medvedev, pope Jan Pavel II, Dalajláma and many others. He cooked in Gran Melia hotel in Jackarta, Bergen in Norway, Malga Ciapela hotel in Italy. He took part in many gastronomy competitions and expert courses. He is winer in the Crystal spoon competition in 2005 or Culinary cup 2006 in the best food styling category.
